Using the tools
VidTools provides free, browser-based media tools. You may use them for lawful purposes only. You're responsible for the content you process and for making sure you have the right to use it.
Acceptable use
Don't use the tools to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights, to process content you don't have permission to use, or to break the terms of the platforms the content comes from.
Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, and don't use it to distribute malware or unlawful material.
Content ownership
VidTools does not claim any ownership of the files or media you process. We also don't store them — local tools run on your device, and link-based requests are streamed without being retained.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep them fast and accurate, but we can't guarantee that every tool will be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidTools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tools. You use the service at your own discretion and risk.
Third-party platforms
VidTools is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., or any other platform referenced on the site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
